PROFILE :
The operations of the company are basically directed by veteran export industry entrepreneur Mr.Roger. A.Ratnayake, who has been affiliated to Sri Lanka’s premier export chamber, the National Exporters Association .
Mr.Ratnayake counts nearly four decades as an exporter of non-traditional export products from Sri Lanka and was one of the pioneers in the exports of live tropical fish, which, forty years ago, was an export item about which must many dared to entertain a vision. Mr.Ratnayake dared, went out to the potential world markets and came back to Sri Lanka clutching a stunning number of initial export orders. This pulled down the walls of hesitation which were holding others back and soon nearly half a dozen other exporters quickly ventured out to ultimately become the nucleus of what is today a multi-million dollar export industry that’s providing several lac of direct and indirect employment opportunities and has made Sri Lanka a leader in this industry.

place him in a vantage position from which he can effect swift changes when need be as global industry trends change. This means his company can be relied upon to maintain supplies to his clients irrespective of radical shifts in market conditions.
TERMS OF TRADE
Terms of trade would be flexible and will be determined through negotiation on a case by case basis but prospective clients would need to show some acceptable credentials about their creditworthiness. This is to facilitate mutually profitable long term trade relations. Medium and longer term supply contracts will attract substantial trade discounts under negotiation.
THE PRODUCTS: Whether it be a brickette of compressed coconut fiber dust or shavings, rugs or carpets of hand or machine twined rope, handicrafts and utility items, the company ensures that only the very best raw material goes into the manufacture of each item. |
